Goal Sisters Academy
Where does the Goal Sisters Academy group meet?
We will meet virtually each week over Zoom for the duration of the 12-week group coaching program. The Zoom link will be emailed to you after joining the program. These sessions will be recorded and the replay link will be shared with the group.
What’s the time commitment?
This program will last for 12 weeks, consisting of a weekly coaching call on Zoom. You will also be expected to spend time working on your goals throughout the week, which can be anywhere from 1-5 hours per week.
Who is this group for?
Goal Sisters Academy is for women of all ages who are pursuing a personal goal and want some extra motivation to achieve it. It can be anything in the 7 Life Areas: Faith, Family, Friendships, Fitness, Finances, Field (Career), or Fun.
I don’t know how to make a SMART goal. Will you show me how?
Absolutely! Before we jump into the program, I will be teaching my 4-step goal-setting process inside of the group. Make sure you join the live video session so you can ask questions and get a jump start on your SMART goals!
Do I have to buy anything to be in the group?
Nope! After you join the program I’ll send you a copy of my book, the 90 Day Goals In Action Planner, which is included in the price. The retail value is $20. I promise I won’t upsell you anything in this program. This group is solely focused on keeping you accountable to your goals.
